I liked that it was closed to Road America race track but the hotel smelled terrible and the staff was not there when we were trying to checked in at 1:45am they saw us coming and they decided to leave the property for some reason and we had to wait 30 minutes for her to come back after driving 5 hours from home and we kept calling the assistant number / hotel number and nobody came and help till last minute (06/22/25 check the cams)

The room was alright but the hotel feels more like a motel. They also do not have an elevator, and I travel with big gear bags so that was fun dragging them up the stairs. And no gym.

It was clean besudes the dirty pool with parts of the bottom of the pool coming apart. Someone could of really gotten hurt. Told my grandkids not to swim in that area.

I’m currently working on obtaining housing and I have been a repeat customer for over 2 years now and today I had to go pay 20$ extra for a king size bed instead of a queen. I needed to make a split payment between 2 cards. The woman at the desk, which is the owners wife, questioned whether I have cash, as it costs them to run my 2 cards for payment…. Mind you this is the 3 booking in 3 days so far and I have at least 5 plus other stays here in the past 6 months. I offered to pay a dollar more per card since she seemed so upset about it. And she actually put the extra dollar on the transactions! Breakfast is basic. You get what you pay for.
