The spacious living room is ideal for unwinding and spending quality time. Whether watching TV, playing board games, or catching up with friends and family, the comfortable seating and inviting atmosphere make it the perfect spot to relax.

The dining area provides a lovely setting to enjoy a meal or morning coffee while taking in the view. It’s a peaceful space to start your day or wind down in the evening.

Our fully equipped kitchen isn’t just for cooking – it’s a great place to gather. In addition to the main cooking area and island seating area, there’s a quiet nook perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning. It’s an ideal spot to take a moment for yourself.

A spacious half bath and laundry area are also conveniently located just off of the kitchen.

Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, plush pillows, and soft blankets, ensuring you feel at home. This room also boasts a stunning view of the town below and the mountains beyond, making it the perfect place to relax. There’s also a TV for late-night movies or downtime.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed with the same comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows. The room is bright and inviting, and a charming window seat offers a cozy spot to sit and enjoy a peaceful view of the mountains.

Bedroom #3 is perfect for the young or the young at heart. Two sets of bunk beds add a fun and flexible sleeping arrangement. It is ideal for kids, friends, or family members who enjoy a more playful space to rest after a day of adventure.

Upstairs, you’ll also find a second, more private TV viewing area, perfect for catching up on shows or enjoying a quiet movie night. This space provides a cozy escape from the main living room for those seeking a bit more privacy.

From there, step outside onto the private second-floor deck, a great spot for taking in the sounds of the town, people-watching, or simply enjoying some fresh air and quiet time.

The spacious upstairs bathroom offers a large vanity and a beautifully tiled shower.

As part of the town’s charm, there’s an active train that passes through the area. While the sound is brief and unobtrusive, it adds to the unique character of this historic mill town.

Please note, we have a no-pets policy, and a minimum stay of two nights is required.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with 2 designated parking spaces. Studio 1's parking spaces are conveniently located in the building parking area. Look for the "Studio 1" signs marking each designated spot.

There is also free overnight public parking located directly across the street.
