Under new ownership as we’ve always gone when the old owners were there, but this guy was so friendly and nice, place is always clean and inviting. The only downfall for me is the squeaky floor, but I will stay here every single time never had a problem there

Disappointed, was charged a dollar on my credit card for each room I booked ( three rooms) ??? Also at booking had the option to pay now or at property choose to pay at property because of three rooms being booked and each party to pay for their own room. Was told buy property it had to be charged to the card that was given at booking time. Why give me the option then????

Oyo hotels have a bad reputation, and this is my first time ever staying in one, but I thought that this property was nice. Certainly, not fancy or overly luxurious, but I thought it was just fine. It was well maintained, the bed was comfortable, the service was friendly.

The broken wall switch for the light was disconcerting, possibly illegal. And it caused the light to flicker. Also the shower curtain smelled very sour. Disappointing 😞.

The bed was comfortable and the HVAC system was quiet and efficient. We got a good sleep. That is what OYO hotels promise so we shouldn't complain. But the management here needs to pay more attention to the quality of work done by the housekeeping staff. The bathtub in our unit did not appear to be clean but the rest of the room looked good and we were tired when we checked in so I went to the manager and explained the concern, showing him pictures. I said that if he gave me cleaner and a cloth I could clean the tub myself - while fully expecting him to send a staff member to do the job. He surprised me and gave me the cloth and cleaner so I cleaned the tub. In the process I splashed a little water on the floor so, when I was finished, I used the cloth to wipe it up. The cloth showed that the floor, although it looked clean, was not and I eventually showed the dirty cleaning cloth to the manager. He apologized and agreed that his staff needs to be more careful. This is the third hotel from 3 different brands, in the last four days of our journey from Niagara Falls to Alberta where there have been concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.

This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that did not even have a hair dryer or plastic water glasses. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would not stay again, though.
