The space
This light-filled, modern cabin features expansive windows and gorgeous waterfront views from every main living space. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic, the home offers a peaceful setting where you can fully unwind and enjoy the sounds of nature.

The cabin comfortably accommodates your stay with two inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a cozy living room with a pull-out sofa for additional guests. The open-concept living and dining areas flow seamlessly into a well-stocked kitchen, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together, whether it’s a casual breakfast or a relaxing dinner overlooking the water.

The primary bedroom is a tranquil retreat, featuring a comfortable queen bed, a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom and bathroom are equally well-appointed, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

Step outside onto the spacious waterfront deck and take in breathtaking sunsets and peaceful water views. Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. At this time, there is no direct access to the beach from the home, but there are multiple beach access points in the neighborhood and surrounding areas.

This is a new construction home. The front and back yards are unfenced and are not yet landscaped.

The living room sofa pulls out into a queen size bed. Please determine if this will work for your group of 5-6 guests.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and you must collect and dispose of all items in a safe manner. We do not provide ashtrays.
During your stay at this cabin, you'll be close to Kneeland Park. You'll find features like an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the cabin.
