Expedia booked me a room at the Sheridon SY Days Inn when it appeared I was booking it at Buffalo WY where I had driven to. The app tricks you on where you are actually booking to. I am fighting to get a refund as I never went there.

I have only one thing I can suggest, is this- Usually, if I arrive, say 2hrs ahead of 3pm check in, at other hotels, they will assign me a key & pw. Then ask we give them however much time they need to clean it up. The clerk was very nice & tried to compensate that he would get us the first room available was ours. It was very clean & beds are comfortable, the water was great & A/C worked great, too. My sister stayed in another Wyndham hotel in town, they had NO A/C & no one to fix it or move from their room, to another room. In a whole it was pretty good.

Nothing, Only nice thing was the young man the next day gave me a trash bag for our dirty laundry. The food had to be ate out of bowls. The room was very small. The guy that worked that night was not pleasant nor did he try to accommodate us.

So, this was a mixed bag. The young woman at the check-in was delightful. The 3 young guys who were doing housekeeping and loudly dropping the F bomb in the hallway outside my door while gossiping about the other employees and the boss... well, I could have done without that. They clearly were renovating. I got the newly renovated room, which was nice, quite nice. But the hallways and stairwells showed signs of the work. I've stayed here twice in the past 2 years. Not sure if I would return. The flagrant disregard for guests by the cleaning staff was off putting.

Checked in because only hotel with Hot Tub in Sheridan(that worked). Went and got in and it was cold and gross. We showered real quick and checked out not even a half hour after check in. Asked for a refund because of the grossness of the pool and the strong smell of carpet glue in our room. Hotels.com fought for a refund but Days Inn wouldn’t budge. Oh well. We enjoyed our night at the Fairfield Inn across the street. Very clean and comfortable.
