With an uninterrupted view over the Promenade and far out to sea, this fully equipped ground floor apartment is a great place to unwind and relax, yet close to the shops and restaurants. Ground floor: Gate access to patio with front door leading into: open plan Diner/Kitchen/Lounge: with gas hob and electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave, Lounge: with small step, TV. Double doors to: 1 double bedroom. Small inner lobby leading to: Shower room: with shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Comfortable reading room to the rear.
Please note: Outside: Small paved area to front with a bench from which to admire the view. Amenities: WiFi. Bed linen and towels provided. Whilst there is no parking at the property, the Cliff Road or Station car park are close by and both weekly and annual passes are available to purchase.
