Tucked away behind the high street in Sheringham - perfect for holidays wih family or groups of friends.Ground floor: Entrance hall way leading to staircase and 1 Double bedroom with en-suite shower room with washbasin and WC. A separate staircase at far end of lounge leading downstairs to 1 Double bedroom with en-suite shower room with washbasin and WC and 1 Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room with washbasin and WC. Washing machine in cupboard.
First floor: Staircase leading to open planned living: Lounge/dining room with sofa and arm chairs, TV and electric fire place. Kitchen: with gas hob and electric cooker, fridge and freezer and microwave. Door leading to roof terrace.
Please note: Outside: enclosed, roof terrace with seating and gas BBQ (please note that this property is close proximity to a local restaurant/takeaway). Amenities: Bed linen and towels provided.
