Not a house it's a triplex

First of all the house isn't a house it's a triplex AC didn't work 1st 3 days, entry keypad didnt work one day,contacted host didnt hear back for a day, lucky for me i got in before that. The last straw was when the water got cut off for non payment. FOR RENT sign out front for the unit.i rented this unit from July 4th trig the 21st, added stress i didnt need. Just lost my father to cancer and I'm in transition from caring for him.

Good and clean on the inside

It’s a very clean and well kept property a lot of nice amenities. However, the outside was unkept in the front porch was dirty. But you get for what you paid. Good place to stay if you really need to be in Sherman at a low price.
