Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located oasis. We are located 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis and within 10 minutes to all area hospitals. This unit is located in the basement of our home but you will have a private entrance and the whole place to yourself. Although it doesn’t have a full kitchen it does come with a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig for your convenience.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be within walking distance of Shiloh Dog Park.

I really enjoyed staying at Sara's property. It was comfortable with lots of comfortable couches and a nice view out the windows. The bedroom had blackout curtains and was really quiet for a good sleep. The kitchen facilities were good for a nice coffee in the morning and microwaving a quick dinner. I appreciated the nightlights and other small touches. The shower was great. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay!

The unit was clean and up to date, the host was hands on and easily accessible, shops, restaurants and gas stations was only a short distance away, the property and neighborhood is quite and serene. I will recommend it to my friends and family when visiting this area.

The pictures are accurate of the inside. It is very spacious for 2 people. Rooms are clean and had everything we needed and would expect. My issues are the following. We had to park on the street. The entrance to the unit is behind the house and we had to walk through the yard. There was no sidewalk or path. The yard was tall and basically weeds. Due to it raining the whole time, we walked through mud and wet weeds which made our feet constantly wet. The owner also has live plants throughout the house. A majority of the plants were dead and had little black bugs flying around them.
