Everything was exceptionally good given that the pricing was reasonable. I especially liked the parking which is huge and parked in and out at your convenience. The room was spacious and the bathtub was quite big. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and choices. However, the wifi was a bit slow and the curtain was not dark enough to block yeh sunlight.

Brutal!

I'd avoid this place if you can. Booked a non smoking room but had a weird smell and it wasn't cleaned properly as there was bunch of stuff below the beds, looked like some sort of sex toys which was is very disgusting. The town is a beautiful place and many activities so we decided to stay an extra night. We we're asked to change rooms if we were to stay the extra night so we said no problem. If I was travelling by myself, I would have checked out after the first night but I was here with a small group so we were along for the ride. When we we're paying for the extra night, we were accused that we smoked in the room, we are non smokers so we we're pretty baffled from that. Long conversation with the front desk explaining this to avoid the "extra cleaning charge" Unfortunately we we're here on a long weekend so other hotels we're fully so had no choice but to stay the here. I'm not sure if they're struggling so trying to get a few extra yen out of us but this was very disappointed, especially for a hotel in Japan.

隣の部屋に小さなお子様連れの家族だと思われる宿泊客がおられ、仕方がないにしても父親の怒声とドタバタ、ドンドン　とかなり気になりました。フロントに苦情とも思いましたが、留まって23時まで我慢していたところ流石に静かになりましたが、早朝6時前に起き出したところでまたドタバタ、ドンドン　振動が、、、 たまたま隣になってしまったことだと思い まぁ旅の思い出かなとは思いましたが、話し声と振動は気になってしまったのは事実として投稿しておきます。朝食は満足のいくものでした。何気に大浴場のマッサージ機が気に入りました。

Expediaで家族旅行大人4名大変リーズナブルに利用させて頂きました。 部屋はとても綺麗に保たれていましたし、フロントスタッフさんもとても親切でした。 ブッフェスタイルの朝食は品数も豊富で好みではありますが、洋食系の料理よりも和食系の料理が美味しかったです。 伊勢志摩方面にまた行く機会があったらリピートさせて頂こうと思います。 ありがとうございました。
