Pine ceilings that follow the roofline, a triangular window full of mountains, and sunsets you won't photograph because you'll be too busy watching.

The space has a pitched wood ceiling that follows the roofline, a triangular window that frames the mountains, a private balcony directly above the Annadale golf course, a full kitchen, dining area, and one bedroom. It's self-contained, warm, and nothing like the properties near Mall Road.

The attic is on the top floor — there is no lift, and there are 5 flights of stairs. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility concerns or heavy luggage. This is a residential neighbourhood; we ask that music and noise stay low after 8 PM. No parties or large gatherings — the building has other residents and the neighbourhood is genuinely quiet. That quiet is part of why people come here.
