細部まで行き届いたサービスに感謝お部屋は隅々まで清掃が行き届いており、清潔そのものでした。地元の食材を活かした食事も素晴らしく、どれも美味しくいただきました。特に印象的だったのは、スタッフの方々の心遣いです。最後まで気持ちの良い対応をしていただき、大変感動いたしました。

足の悪い母親がいたので、お風呂が、地下2階にありました、エレベーターは地下１回までしか行かず、階段を利用しまいた。しかし、後は、全てにおいて満点です。料理、接客、女将は最高です。また、是非利用したいです。

すてきな料理をありがとうこざいました。

スタッフの対応がまったくなっていませんでした。旅館なのかホテルなのか人材不足なのか？特にフロントは教育からやり直したほうがよいのではと感じました。
