We liked that we had a separate bedroom and the nice living area. Breakfast was good. We didn't like that we couldn't use our points for our stay.

Pretty Nice

Loved everything about the hotel other than the TV & the bed. The TV didn't have a guide that I could figure out, so I couldn't really see what was on or upcoming. And the beds were very uncomfortable for me. But we will stay again to see if it is all beds or just the luck of the draw.

This was a wonderful hotel. Staff was very friendly and the premises was extremely clean. It has a nice big pool/hot tub and the breakfast was superior. The beds were super comfy and the pillows were like clouds. No funny smell in the room. Excellent place to stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and pretty quiet while being extremely family friendly. The only disappointed was the breakfast, although it was no worse than other hotel hot breakfasts, just didn't get the hype about it since it basically was a regular hot breakfast at a hotel - minus the fresh custom omelet bar

We had to wait a hour to be seated. The service was slow and the food portions were small. We waited a long time for our bill. When we went to the cashier she told us to have a seat and wait longer. We told her that was unacceptable and she tried to blame us for the mismanagement that was apparent.

Great getaway to Shishewana

This hotel is a great place to stay. The hotel is next the venue for concerts in Shipshewana. We saw The David Crowder Band. I highly recommend this Blue Gate Garden Inn. You won’t be disappointed.

The price for the arcade games is reasonable!! The kitchen is second to none!! Stayed there for the pool, the chlorine is so strong it burns your eyes when you walk onto the pool deck. It would greatly benefit from better air circulation. The ice cream parlor rarely appears open. The seasonal decorations are astounding!

Total Comfort

The patio with fire pit and fountain faces a pasture. Great place to sit and read. Clean salt filtered pool was nice too. Complete breakfast bar was excellent.
