Guests are invited to relax and unwind at our centrally located property in the heart of the North Cotswolds Historic village of Shipston-on-Stour.
You're invited to use our comfortable property as a great base to explore the local surrounding area ... offering great walks, meals out and fine pubs in the Cotswolds area.
We are a short drive from the Cotswolds Gin & Whisky distillery, perfect for an afternoon enjoying some of the region's best made spirits.
Our large, open plan kitchen / lounge area offers a sociable cooking space with floods of natural light.
The bedroom offers ample storage and a comfy king bed whilst the bathroom has both a bath and shower facility.
There is no designated parking included in the stay. However there is a paid car park directly outside the front door which guests are advised to use or simply use local free car parks located within a 3 - 5 minute walk of the front door.
Guests have exclusive use of the whole property during their stay. The space is not shared with anyone else.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
