Shirahama beach area is wonderful and the hotel location is walkable to the beach and restaurants and super market. Nice ocean view and onsen made feel home. Staffs are more than wonderful. Stayed 3 days.

以前、孫家族で予約していたのですが体調不良で孫家族をキャンセル。私達夫婦で泊まり良くて2回目3家族で宿泊しました。スタッフさんが覚えてくださっててビックリしました。対応も親切でまた利用させて貰います。

スタッフの対応がとてもよかったです。貸し切り風呂が、とても多いので､子供や孫達共ゆっくり過ごす事が出来るかな。又、宿泊した日には偶然にも花火が上がり､部屋から間近で観賞する事が出来ました。次は、家族旅行で利用したいです。

初めて宿泊しました。古さはありますが清掃もしっかりされていてよかったです。一部ですが床が抜けそうな箇所があったりして危ないところがあったので改善もしくは立ち入らないよう処置したほうがいいかと思います。

とても良かったです

対応して下さった旅館の皆様は全員とても丁寧に快く、いつも笑顔で接してくださいました。感謝いたします。旅館も家族風呂が複数あり、子供がいるとお風呂も他の入浴者に気を遣うと思いますが家族風呂があるので子連れの方々にもオススメです。（当日時間指定（30分））建物自体はそこそこ古いのですがそこはわかった上で泊まるので、不満ではありません。古いですがきれいにお掃除が行き届いてます。公式ホテルHP通してのCake.jpを利用して夕食時にサプライズケーキとしてだしましたが、そちらの対応も快くして下さり有難うございました。夕御飯も、バイキングの朝ご飯もどちらも種類が多く美味しくいただきました。また利用したいな、と思う時間を過ごせました。有難うございました。

お風呂は小規模なお風呂がたくさんあり、家族毎に入らせてもらえるのがとても良かったです。卓球台もあり、昔の温泉気分が楽しめました。食事も美味しかったのですが、お米だけが残念でした。

アドベンチャーワールド等の周辺施設へ向かう拠点として利用させていただきました。良い点は従業員の方々が非常に親切であるところです。フロントの方々は常に笑顔で、こちらの忘れ物や困り事にも臨機応変に対応してもらいました。また朝ご飯の準備をされている従業員の方にも、食材の疑問に丁寧に答えていただきました。どこに行って何を楽しんだのか話が盛り上がり、1日を楽しくスタートできたのもその時間のおかげだと思います。施設の古さは確かに各所に感じますが、それを理解した上での宿泊費用の安さではないでしょうか。こちらを検討されている方は安い上でいかにサービスや利便性を取るかを考えているかと思います。その場合、こちらは最適な選択肢の宿泊施設だと私は考えています。是非ともまた宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました。
