Beware

The hotel service is design to be convenient for them not their guests. I tried to use room service 3 times and it was a disaster all three times. No way to charge phone. All requests are met not with attempts to satisfy but with a recitation of their rules. Beautiful hotel but fatal flaw in their service philosophy
