Take a stroll to the top of Tomaree Headland for sensational views over the pristine Port Stephens coastline, or enjoy the public picnic and BBQ facilities along the foreshore. Nelson Bay CBD is approximately 5 minutes by car, where you'll find boutique shopping, award-winning restaurants and the marina, where dolphin watch cruises depart daily.

Sit back, relax and watch the boats sail in from this cosy first floor unit positioned right on Shoal Bay's beautiful waterfront. After a fun day swimming, snorkeling or fishing directly opposite, you can enjoy a glass of wine on the full length verandah which offers an outdoor setting and BBQ, along with wonderful sunsets and beautiful vistas.

The tiled, open plan living area offers a double sofa, 2 cane arm chairs, HD TV, DVD player, a CD/MP3 player, electric heating, a pedestal fan, water views and sliding glass door access to the front balcony. The kitchen has a small cooktop, microwave, fridge and a breakfast bar with stools, and the bathroom has a shower and toilet. Enjoy water views from the main bedroom, which offers a double bed, while the 2nd bedroom has 2 single bed and partial water views.

Perfect Location. Easy holiday living.

Love Shoal Bay and these easy living apartments. Well maintained and perfect location with parking. We love Zenith Beach. The whole beach to ourselves most of the time. Great place as you have the choice of the bay, or the beach. Plus great cafes, restaurants, supermarket, takeaway and shops all within 100m. And the walk up Mt Tomaree is just breathtaking. We'll be back again for sure!

Location and view great / bedding and heat disappointing!

The Location was amazing ! Furniture very outdated , I was not informed that I had to make my own beds Prior to arrival and pillows were old and Stained, the electric heating is a very old Tiny foot heater that is dangerous and is inadequate to heat entire unit
