Welcome to Shoal Bay Beach House & Garden Suite, an exceptional coastal getaway positioned just 200 metres from the pristine shores of Shoal Bay Beach. This beautifully presented, single-level home captures the true essence of a relaxed seaside holiday, where mornings begin with a gentle sea breeze, days are filled with salt and sunshine, and everything you need is just a short stroll away.

Step inside and you’ll find everything you need for the perfect family escape or couples’ retreat. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, two lounge areas, and a seamless flow to the outdoor alfresco dining area with BBQ, ideal for lazy lunches and warm summer evenings.

The main house features three generous bedrooms, each styled for comfort and coastal calm. The queen room and room with two king single beds are serviced by a large family bathroom featuring a bath, perfectly located between the two bedrooms. And there is a large bathroom off the second lounge and king room. Just steps across the lovely backyard sits a charming separate flat, complete with a queen bed, sofa bed, another bathroom, and tea & coffee facilities . Perfect for extended family, teens, or grandparents wanting a little extra privacy.

But the real magic is the location.

You’re just moments from the famous Shoal Bay Beach, known for its crystal-clear water, soft white sand, and postcard-worthy views. Wander to the beachfront for cafés, restaurants, takeaway options, boutique shops, and the vibrant holiday atmosphere Shoal Bay is loved for. Adventure seekers will love being close to the iconic Tomaree Mountain Walk, offering one of Australia’s most breathtaking summit views. Plus, you’re only minutes from the boat ramp, making it easy to launch the boat, paddleboard, or explore the bay.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 adults. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate 2 children ($100), total maximum guest 10.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION - 1 Kings, 2 Queen and 2 King singles

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas (with decorative covers), blankets and pillows are also supplied.

Additional costs when booking;
Sofa bed $100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire for guest 9 and 10.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND - $1000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.

The house was amazing. Plenty of room for us all to have our own space.The welcome wine was enjoyed on the fabulous deck.The location is perfect. away from all the noise of the main street but with in a short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops.Definitely will look to stay here again as a family.
