Fabulous two-bedroom unit with an open plan living area with air conditioning, floating floorboards, ceiling fan, TV and unlimited WiFi.  The unit has water views from the covered balcony and the kitchen, the kitchen is fully equipped with full cooking facilities, Nespresso pod coffee machine and a dishwasher. The unit is very comfortable as the sea breezes just ooze straight into the unit. 

The main bedroom has water views and the bathroom provides a shower, toilet and vanity.

The unit provides a single carport space and a single open car space which is ideal for a second vehicle or small axle trailer boat and the complex has a shared laundry with top loader washing machine and clothes lines located at the rear of the complex.

Perfect for families or couples wanting to escape for the weekend, location is the focus of this complex, walking distance to Bay Village shops including IGA, newsagent, bakery, cafe, restaurants as well as the Game Fishing Club and the Shoal Bay Country Club Hotel which offers bistro meals, bottle-shop and entertainment. Great location

A nice, clean modern apartment with plenty of room. Perfect for walking everywhere to eat, swim etc. Well equipped kitchen , comfy lounges , beds were good too. Would definately stay here again
