This home does not have air conditioning. Show Low’s mountain climate is typically cooler than lower-elevation Arizona destinations, especially in the evenings, but guests booking during warmer months should be aware that the home is not equipped with AC.

The home is located in a residential mountain neighborhood where wildlife is common. Please admire elk, deer, and other animals from a safe distance and do not feed or approach them.

Access to the home is via paved, city-maintained roads, so 4WD is not typically required under normal conditions. Winter weather can still impact travel throughout the White Mountains, so guests visiting during snow or ice conditions should check forecasts and road conditions before arrival.
