Unacceptable

I typically stay at budget hotels. Don’t need all the fancy stuff, just a clean room. This place needs some real house cleaners. Dirty, used soap with pubic hair in shower, with dried snot on the walls. No new soap also. The bed had hair on sheets and pillows. Come on !!! I doubt this room was even served, but if it was, fire the cleaning maids. UNACCEPTABLE !!!

This is one nasty hotel. Bathroom was so nasty, didn’t even clean it from previous residents. Was offered a different room and ran into the same results. This hotel is run down and nasty.

First, we were given the wrong room. This room also had one bed that wasn’t fully made (had no comforter). When I went to ask about the correct room, I was told there were no available rooms. Then, she found the room type we booked that was empty. However, there were no sheets for the pullout couch bed. We went back down to ask about bedding for that bed and were told that they did not have a blanket for that bed only sheets. There were several places in the room and bathroom that looked like they hadn’t been swept/vacuumed.

Waited 30 mins to be checked in, clerk was nowhere to be found. Then when she showed up, while checking me in, she walked away and got on her cellphone again. Lobby was full of other people waiting to be checked in. Patio area was filthy lights did not work. Breakfast was horrible, no coffee, no juice, no cereal had a few pieces of fruit out. Also, employees parked in handicap parking. My husband is handicap and we had to park on the side. Neighbor is very shady as well.

Our beds were comfortable but our room was dirty. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. Our bathroom was quite dirty and there was food from another guest left on our room’s floor. Something that was disappointing was that the pool was being cleaned and was unable to be used. We were really counting on that and so it was disappointing to us. There was very little to eat for breakfast-absolutely pitiful. Amenities were weak-we were only given two towels. The grounds were unkempt and not cared for. Staff was not very attentive to us checking in. I would not recommend, especially if you have children.

The exterior of the facility was really in poor shape: grass not maintained, patio area not clean, entrance area had trash, rooms looked clean but were not, rust stains in bath tib and floors in restroom. The only plus was the bed was comfortable
