Room was not clean. Bathroom tub was dirty. Bed linens were either torn soiled and the sheets were so worn out that they didn’t even fit the mattress. Nightstands were dirty. The phone kept coming off the hook every little bit to the point where we had to unplug it because it was so loud. The place looked all nice on website but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Only good thing was the check-in lady was really nice and friendly but other than that we definitely won’t be staying or recommending it to anyone.

That was by far the worst experience that I’ve ever encountered in reference to booking a hotel room. I travel often and this has been a terrible experience! Everything from the front desk staff being rude to the television not working! The mattress, pillows & sheets were stained. The T.V. didn’t work. I requested Maintenance and each time i called. The phone would ring about 30 or 40 times before someone answered. And when they answered finally. I was always greeted with an attitude! My room was changed 3 times. And each time in each room the television didn’t work. And finally on the 3rd room, The television only showed 1 channel. I called the front desk again with no response and i just so happened to look outside and the hotel clerk was outside talking to someone in a pickup truck for about 45 minutes! I can clearly see why there were only 3 or 4 vehicles in the parking lot upon arrival and also leaving. The elevators were dirty. A “CRACK HEAD” Had a rock breaching the side entrance for easy access etc. The Manager removed the rock as if nothing happened. Please stay away from this DUMP! The city health department and code enforcement department should be and will be made aware of these deplorable conditions!

I was very upset with a worker there. He would not tell me his name, he was outside picking up trash Saturday night between 6pm-7pm, but I had my service dog with me while waiting on my husband. And worker walked up to me and said I was not allowed in the hotel with my dog, I then said well she is my service dog and I have all my documents , the worker proceeded to tell me my dog was not my service dog and that everyone says that. I then said I can call my attorney and show proof she is my service dog. The worker kept proceedings to talk about he don’t care and that he don’t believe she is my service animal. I have stage 4 breast and lung cancer , I was visiting the cancer center. Traveling from Dallas tx. The worker had me very upset. I mentioned to my husband I wouldn’t want to stay here again.

I’m not sure how this place has passed inspections in the past. The first room I was assigned had a dried mucousy substance on the bedsheets. The room was filthy, spots on the mirror, floor didn’t look like it had been vacuumed, broken curtains, broken handle to the nightstand. When I brought this to the front desk attention, I was moved to another room that wasn’t much better. Although there was nothing on the bed, the floor still didn’t look like it had been vacuumed and surfaces did not look like they had been wiped down. The floor in the bathroom was sticky. It’s also in a pretty shady area. It served its purpose for the one night I was there, but I would not recommend staying here for any length of time. The one bright spot was Tonya at the front desk was very helpful and tried to be as accommodating as possible.

Was not greeted at desk csr on her phone during entire intake. She said “name” sent me to a room not cleaned by housekeeping, came back to front desk waited 10 minutes for her to send us to another uncleaned room! She never apologized in fact told me she’s not responsible for housekeeping and is not to blame for sending me to 2 uncleaned rooms. She then wrote down several room numbers and headed to elevator said nothing to us! She came down and sent us to rm 214 it’s now after 10 pm we’re tired and just want to sleep. In the morning we discovered how truly unacceptable this room was! Furniture in need of cleaning and repairing. Gum on carpet, an exploded soda frozen into an extremely ice caked freezer unusable! Dirt caked in the corners of bathroom substances running down several walls and window sill full of plaster chunks from top of window leaking. Ice machine on 2nd floor not working and floor in front of it is caving in! Just couldn’t let this go I was so disappointed won’t return here ever and discourage anyone from staying here! Must compliment the sweet young lady at front desk upon check out I’m sure she would’ve have treated my family better than the rude lady on her personal phone call during our intake whom at least could’ve apologized for sending 3 elderly people to 2 uncleaned rooms without a word of concern or sympathy. Thank you for listening and I hope you do better but I’d never stay there again!

The room wasn't clean (large clump of hair on the floor in the entry of the room, garbage strewn on the floor of the closet, stains on sheets). Breakfast was poor quality. Bagels and a functioning toaster were available, but no cream cheese. The mini fridge was dripping water and the items inside were barely cold, including multiple "frozen" sandwiches that were thawed and had water condensing on the inside of their packaging. The only reason for 2 stars is that the staff was friendly.

First room was completely dirty. Beds not made, towels on the floor and trash on the floor. Staff did not seem too worried about the situation. No apology was given either. Second room was clean but lacked a few things. Toilet paper was empty, towels were needed, and there were no sheets for the pull out bed which was very uncomfortable. Remote to tv didn’t work.

The hotel looked nice on the outside but once we hotbto our room, the toilet didn't flush and the TV remote looked like someone stomped onbit. We went to get our room changed We got to the new room and the hallway selled like smoke and the toilet had this disgusting stain. That was enough, I went to get my money back. The young lady at the front was very nice and understanding
