The front desk is very rude and has the nastiest attitude for no reason. On top of them charging you one price but giving you a copy of a receipt of saying you paid a different price and using a different card I don’t know what they have

The rooms are trash, unclean floor, ceiling damage, reaks of cigarettes in every room, tvs dont work, cigarette burns in bedding and stained mattresses. Broken furniture. Some rooms had broken windows. Pool is beyond neglected. Trash and junk all over property. Wont even get started on the bathrooms. The Lobby is completely locked, you have to check in through a small scratched up plexi glass window outside and most IMPORTANTLY people walk through the parking lot and come up to you with OPEN KNIVES IN THEIR HANDS!😭 I SERIOUSLY WOULD LOVE TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS BOOKING because after all that and especially the last part there is no way we were gonna actually stay and sleep there!!
