Really enjoyed the property nice place to stay convenient. But the phones in the room are awful you're not able to call the front desk at any time for any emergency situations there's no way to communicate with the front desk and I think that is very unsafe. All phones in rooms should be able to call at least the front desk

I came out of town for work. I booked this because it said it was available. I drove all the way over there exhausted and ready to get to my room. After waiting in line at the front desk the receptionist tells me that yes I’m booked but they don’t have any rooms available. I will never use this service again and will also make everyone I know aware of how bad my experience was.

Convenient but not the stay it could be

The hotel definitely needs updating, the bathroom wallpaper is peeling and the floor of the shower was stained and didn’t look clean at all. Biggest issue was the pillows on the king size bed - 3, and only 1 of them could be called a ‘pillow.’ The other 2 were hard and crunchy, not sure what the situation was.

We had a great time at this casino & hotel. The hotel staff were great, the casino staff were alright, it was hard to try and get a drink at the games. Our only issue was with the dispatch security when my husband lost his phone. We got the vibe that the security guard was being inconvenienced with our request to pull up footage where his phone was last seen by us two. Nothing else was done much. Other than that, our stay was great.

Huge beautiful room. However not many essentials; no water glasses, no bath mat, and the smell of burning marijuana reeked thru the halls and even into the room.
