Check-in staff was friendly and accommodating. Our hotel room had NO USB PORTS FOR CHARGING, and had to use the outlets on the desktop (no outlets by bedside nightstands). The safe battery was low, so it didn't work. Didn't have time to schedule maintenance (and be present) while they fixed it. Carpet by the lamp had sunflower seeds on it. No extra pillows on king bed (3 only). FURNITURE NEEDS UPDATING.

Had a wonderful time at Bally’s Shreveport, the rooms and accommodations were beautiful and clean. The Staff at the casino were so nice and friendly. Definitely enjoyed staying there.

This was the worst trip of my life. The hotel only had pet friendly rooms left when we arrived. The rooms smelled like pet urine and my wife sneezed the entire stay due to her allergies. The furniture in the room was dirty, worn and outdated. I would never recommend this hotek to anyone.

The room was generally clean minus the stains on the bathroom countertop when I arrived. The rugs in the hotel were definitely dated and dingy, the hallway had a mildew smell, but it was mostly overpowered by bleach. My most obvious complaint in the thing that I think they are very aware of is how damaged and old, and dated in general, the furniture is in the room.
