I LOVED our room! It was just a standard king but you would have thought it was a suite. Absolutely beautiful and sooo comfortable! The casino was great and everyone was very friendly. We will certainly be back!

Needs an overhaul! Dirty!

The room was very dirty. Stains on the headboard and carpet. The furniture was falling apart and looked like it had gotten wet at one time. Possibly the room flooded.

Good hotel - poor parking

Service at check in was great. Parking garage flooded due to rain and my car could not get out. Front desk as not helpful with a solution and city does not have many ride share options. Eventually security opened a side gate in the parking garage and we were able to leave to attend the event we were in town to participate in. I was told I could park in the Aquarium parking down the street but that has signs that say no casino guests. Room service did not answer the phone either time we tried to get a meal.

Bathroom had black mold all around the shower. Not very clean. Needs update badly. Way, way overpriced for what we got. Only two places to eat, Pho place or steakhouse. Seriously? At a casino hotel? Never again.

Great hotel, the area was a little run down with a few homeless people walking around near the entrance. The room was pretty clean with a few areas that was dirty but still tolerable. I would definitely stay here again all things considered.
