I enjoyed my stay even though I was lost Mr Rabbit showed me how to get to my room but it was very quiet the lights went out but it wasn't a big deal me and my friend laughed and danced overall it was a peaceful stay oh yeah the only thing I didn't like is that the pool was closed but it's still all good

The property is maintained well all things considered and the staff was nice and accommodating. That said, our room had an old stinch and the bathroom was rusting In areas pretty bad (likely from the property just being old). We were disappointed that we didn’t have anyone clean our rooms for a 3 night stay (despite being told someone would come at least 1 time during our stay). The breakfast was great though and there was a made to order option.

Solo getaway to Shreveport/pet friendly

Room was great very roomy with a mini fridge and microwave. Coffee was there but I didn’t use it. Amazing property and room location was perfect in back corner with elevator on one side to bring my two small dogs for an overnight getaway. Will definitely stay again.

This is my favorite main stay property when Im home visiting family and friends. The rooms decor is updated, carpet, tile, and the water pressure is amazing with the hot shower water. Its convenient too Cirle K, Dennys, Waffle House, Wendys, Raceway Gas Station,other Hotel Brands, Murphy Gas Station, I-20 interstate East & West. I almost forgot to give LaTania at the front desk 5 Stars & Mr Purcell for the outstanding 5 Star service he assisted my family our rollaway bed, our belongings and customer service that is rare in majority of industries. I had a wonderful stay. The only thing that bothered me was having the smoking section at the front door. For those of us allergic to cigarette smoke it was uncomfortable to walk in the door. Over all great place to stay and the staff was wonderful with my companion dog

Took 25 minutes to check in, was not recognized as a Hilton’s honor customer, Room was directly across from elevator, so we heard it all night long, and Housekeeping was banging on our door at 8:30 in the morning went checkout is at noon. No one in the hotel smiles or greets you. They all definitely need some customer service training.
