I stayed at this hotel in July 2024 and it was great! So, I had the same expectations when I stayed here two nights in January 2025. However, it was different this time around. The room (107) we were assigned to had a dirty bathroom (pink mold in the caulking of the shower that I wiped down with a washcloth). Also, there was one towel, one wash cloth and hand towel. I went to ask for more and he told me they were out but that he could bring me pool towels.
The elevator near the entrance of the hotel was broken in July 2024 when I stayed here and it was still broken during this visit (January 2025).
The shower water did not get very hot at all and so I could not shave my legs.
On my return to the hotel on my second night, I asked the front desk if they had been able to fix the hot water and I was told the maintenance man did not come in that day. So, I asked for a new room (114) and it was much better. There were towels, the water got hot and the shower in this bathroom was cleaner.
Marcus is who helped me both Thursday and Friday nights. He was wonderful! He is an asset to this hotel and should receive a raise as he was very professional, friendly and accommodating!
