The room was spacious, clean and quiet!! The restaurants on the first floor had amazing food with great service. Overall the entire staff throughout Horseshoe was phenomenal!! They are very kimd, respectful people. We will be back!!

Never refunded deposit

They never refunded my deposit for the room. I left the room in perfect condition, didn’t use any amenities, towels, or even a single sheet of toilet paper and still, a week later, no refund. Ridiculous

I booked a reservation a week in advance of a NON smoking king room. Upon arrival I was told they did not have any available and the only choice was a smoking room! If I did not HAVE to stay in town for surgery the next day I would've went elsewhere. The condition of the smoking floor was horrible, all you smell on that floor is cigarette and marijuana smoke. Made it to the room and the bathroom is out of body wash as well. Needless to say, it does no good to book a room in advance because they don't save the room you booked. Won't ever be staying here again.

Started with a grumpy desk clerk. Life is too short to work where you despise your customers. Rooms ok but dated. Mine had broken electrical outlets and sticky floors. Not impressed.
