The rooms were nice. They never cleaned our room. Never brought new towels. And ran out of shower soap. I had to call them to bring towels. We were there for 4 nights. The room stayed cool and the showers are amazing

When we arrived in our room, our toilet had a floating cigarette butt and urine inside as well as ashes on the accent table and floor. Our sheets were also not clean. The hotel has nice furnishings but the cleanliness of the room was subpar.
