Our room was incredibly nice. Looked brand new. I feel like they’ve recently remodeled it. There was a lot of construction going on inside the hotel. Two of the restaurants we wanted were closed. That was disappointing. The casino itself was much less than I thought it would be. Machines were very tight. I also needed a mobility scooter, which I believe both of them were in repair. Another disappointment. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The valet parking was horrible. Valet parking is supposed to be 24 hours. I stayed there because of the price and convenient aspects. BUT—The morning I checked out, there was no one in the area. I came down around 6:30. I was in Shreveport for surgery at the Flex Institute. I needed to have been there for 7:00 I called the hospital and I had to reschedule. Valet Parking had me so stressed until my blood pressure was really high. This situation was so unnecessary. The company need to make this right, Furthermore I am requesting 2 free nights ùł lol poopoo
