I was charged a second time when I checked into the hotel and I didn't realize it. A few days later I was charged by both Expedia and the hotel. When I contacted the hotel they denied the charges, though I have a paper receipt and my bank statement showing both charges. Please be careful when booking a room here. On top of the extra charge, the room was dirty the floor was so sticky my feet stuck to it and the hotel was loud.

The sky was pretty and this is how it looks in Arizona daily so lil bit of home!

The staff was very helpful. My 2 day trip was cut short last minute, and they were more then happy to work with me, only charging for the days we stayed. Very helpful, will absolutely stay here next time I'm in Shreveport.

Best hotel Stay in the Shreveport/Bossier area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The front desk staff Jennifer and Anish are very friendly and accommodating. My stay was perfection. The housekeeper’s Latonya and Brionne did an excellent outstanding job with the cleanliness of room( s). If you are looking for a friendly, accommodating, quiet and safe hotel stay with a nice hot breakfast served in the morning!!! I highly recommend this hotel stay. I definitely enjoyed my stay . 😊❤️

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room appeared very nice and clean however the smell of pinesol was very overwhelming. The person at the desk in the morning was rude. She stood next to me in the breakfast room and very loudly stated "don't leave the utensils in the food" I only put them back where I found them and was offended. She came in twice while we were eating and only wiped the same table twice which nobody sat at. Weird.

I was told by so many people after I checked in by phone not to go to the hotel location because this is a extremely crime ridden area and that being a single woman over 70 years old that I would be be in extreme danger to stay there. The people even booked me another hotel in a safe area so that I wouldn’t be hurt. I lost the money I spent on this hotel because it’s so bad.
