Found apparent mold in the room. Someone had scratched the word “nasty” into the bathroom grime. Parking lot was filled with suspicious people that made me feel uncomfortable staying there.

The room had no light bulbs in the lamps, and was very hot. The worst was the cleanliness. Walls, surfaces and floors were filthy. I was not able to stay in a room in that condition and requested (and received) a complete refund

This hotel was so disgusting and unsanitary, we cancelled after the first night and went elsewhere. And when we were told to contact Expedia for a refund, they refused to authorize the refund. There were bugs, mold, and literal poop smeared in the floors of the bathroom. And to be told that we could have the two nights refunded that we did not stay and then now being told we cannot be refunded, is scamming at its finest. Do not waste your time or money staying here.
