Enter the property from the first floor into a bright, stylish and spacious kitchen with all modern appliances including a 5-zone ceramic range cooker with two large electric ovens and a separate grill offering ultimate cooking flexibility.
There is a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, American fridge-freezer, separate washer and dryer for your convenience.
The granite kitchen surfaces are beautiful and contrast with the matt blue cupboard doors.
Walk through into the sitting room with snazzy butterscotch coloured suede L-shaped sofa and cool-feature smart-TV enclosure with LED illumination.
At the far end is a cosy snug area where you can watch the world go with a drink in hand.
Up the stairs to 2 roomy bedrooms, one with a super king size bed and the other a king size. Modern decor and nice touches make this feel high-end.
A large and stylish bathroom suite separates the 2 bedrooms with modern metro tiling and chic dark walls. Featuring an original cast iron bath and separate walk-in shower with all fittings Victorian in style.
Please note that this is a town-centre property in a busy location. Even with very good sound insulation installed, you may still here some noise from traffic or from pedestrians walking below.
The bedrooms are on the second floor so you will be 2 floors above the street for added sound reduction.
Guests will have access to the whole apartment and the outside courtyard space.
We are a friendly small business but we do ask guests to respect all of our properties and therefore we have a few house rules to follow for everyone's enjoyment of the apartment:
*Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the apartment, or from any opened window. It's important that no smoke enters the building from the outside please.
*No parties! Sorry, we (of course) welcome get-togethers, birthdays, friends and family meet-ups.
However, loud, intrusive parties are very upsetting for surrounding communities and we uphold a duty of care to these residents.
We are at liberty to cancel a booking mid-stay if this rule is not abided by.
*Be tidy please! Our cleaners work incredibly hard to create a spotlessly clean welcome for all of our guests. So it is appreciated if rubbish is removed to the outdoor bins, and a general tidy before you leave as a common courtesy. Thank you
