Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I booked the hotel and after check-in, realised there is no breakfast. That's ok but I understood for the same price I paid, my colleague's booking has breakfast. The hotel has not much facilities and my room (606) was infested by bed bugs! I had highlight to the counter staff and they assured me the room was cleaned thoroughly. I guess it cannot be done since it was infested with bugs.
