Quiet island, crystal sea, beautiful sunsets: villa with pool, 30 m from the sea

The villa consists of 2 apartments (on the ground floor and on the 1st floor, with separate entrances, each for 6-7 people).

In front of the villa there is a spacious terrace with a gazebo, where at the end of September hangs a juicy red grape. This is a delightful corner to enjoy the morning cappuccino, lunch or dinner. Near the patio you will find a kitchen, an open shower and a barbecue area with firewood (a traditional stone fireplace).
The 6 meter pool with hot water has underwater lights and whirlpools. The volleyball net, balloons and inflatable pads will make your kids entertain you. The pool is in the garden, surrounded by lavender bushes and decorated with olive branches. It is accompanied by deckchairs, umbrellas and a solar shower.

All rooms are bright and sunny, with window doors opening on private, well-proportioned terraces overlooking the sea or the hill. Air conditioning, WLAN Internet (free), Satellite TV, boat rental ...

If you arrive by car (for the new super-highway Croatian without landing), we will meet at the entrance to Sibenik (Šibenik) or the ferry port, and we will take you to the parking lot in front of our house. You can park your car for free during your stay in Kaprije (cars are not allowed on the island). We will go along with Kaprije (by ferry or our boat) and carry his luggage to the apartment.

We can also arrange transfers from / to Split airport (connected with Rome and Milan with cheap flights Easyjet).

In case you need something that is not for sale on the island, we can buy it for you in Sibenik and ship it on the same day with the ferry.

NOTE: The price is per apartment, so the price of the whole villa is double (the villa has 2 apartments).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
