Facing the picturesque port of Moguériec, Villa Armoréa embodies the Breton way of life between elegance and authenticity. This large house, bathed in light, accommodates up to 12 travelers in a peaceful setting, overlooking the sea, indoor pool heated to 30 °C. Its peculiarity? Two independent apartments perfectly arranged, each with its own privacy, but connected by warm common areas ideal for a large group wishing to share moments together.

Villa Armoréa offers both privacy and conviviality. Each space has its own equipped kitchen, spacious living rooms and bright bedrooms. In total, the villa has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 modern kitchens and 2 living rooms, one with billiards. Perfect for enjoying a breakfast facing the sea or an aperitif at sunset. On the leisure side, everything is planned: heated indoor pool, gym, ping-pong table, stone barbecue, and for the youngest, swings, slide and sand area. A few steps away, the beach of Moguériec. Between relaxation, authenticity and fresh air, the Villa Armoréa is the ideal place to meet, share and live Brittany in all its splendor.

Travelers have a private and complete access to the Villa Armoréa and all its facilities: the heated indoor pool, the landscaped garden, the gym and outdoor areas dedicated to relaxation. Private parking is available on site. The deposit requested is 1,000 euros, pets are accepted on request, with an extra charge of 18 euros per day and per dog.

The coastal paths (GR34), the beach and the port of Moguériec are only a few steps away, offering an idyllic setting to explore the Breton coast between nature, ocean and authenticity.

The Villa Armoréa is located in Moguériec, a small typical Breton port attached to the town of Sibiril, on the north coast of Finistère. This preserved place seduces with its authenticity, its breathtaking marine landscapes and its peaceful atmosphere.

A few steps away, the white sand beach invites to swim and walks on the coastal trail GR34, which runs along the cliffs and offers spectacular panoramas of Batz Island and the Iroise Sea.

The village has a picturesque fishing port, a renowned restaurant, and is just 10 minutes from Roscoff, bustling seaside resort with its crepes, markets, spa and excursions to the island of Batz.

This villa offers its guests an indoor pool and a fitness center. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly villa.
