Rental rules
Minimum stay 5 nights, changeover day flexible; 7 nights from 18/07/26 to 21/08/26, changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (if agreed, to pay on arrival).
Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, midweek change of bath towels, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (4 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
Tourist tax: 1.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
Pets not allowed.

The swimming pool is open from 23 March to 30 November.
