The hotel management were extremely supportive via my elderly mother's comfort Mehmet Bey from customer services was always there to assist us. The hotel is on huge green field, with many facilities. Open and closed pool available. Especially location is very green, between lakeside river, sea and water resources. In between Side and Manavgat centres. Quiet convinient. They are targeting jump from 5 stars to ultra lux level. Entertainment and foods are enough but not extra ordinary level. Rooms are quite large, simple and modern. There are also villas exist for entire families. Recommended as family type holiday with lots of facilities and activities for children.

Waren dieses Jahr schon zum 3 Mal im Otium. Waren in den letzten beiden Jahren sehr zufrieden. Dieses Jahr war es auch gut, aber nicht mehr auf dem Niveau der letzten beiden Jahren. Die Aufmerksamkeit des Personal war schwächer als in den Vorjahren Auch die Küchen Leistung war biederer, als zuvor. Es fehlte was. (Küchenchef habe ich dieses Jahr nicht gesehen)

Wir sind 9 Nächte geblieben im diese Hotel,Personal sehr nett ,Essen wahr sehr gut ,es wirklich Family Hotel,unsere Kinder haben dort spass gehabt.Ich kann weiter empfehlen für die anderen.

Hôtel excellent surtout pour les familles très bien pour les enfants 👶 tout le confort leurs restaurants activités spéciales enfants pour les l’adulte c’est parfait les animateurs les employés de l’accueil excellent la cuisine parfait la seule remarque que je peux faire de dire au cuisinier de mettre moins de sel trop salé impossible d’accomodé le plat moins de sel Ont peut salé a notre goût c’est le seul demol merci pour tout le reste Mme Boudouaia

Kein 5-Sterne Standard eher 3-max.-4 Sterne

Pros: Teilweise das Kinderprogramm im Kinderland, wie z.B. Papageien Show.
Cons: Das Management musst besseres Personal einstellen,meist sehr junge mit nicht ausreichenden Englisch Kenntnisse.Das Essen mangelhaft. Zimmer renovieren
Location: Umgebung so la la... Gibt viel besseres und vis a vis Strand nicht wie in diesem Hotel.
Die Reservierung obwohl schriftlich bestätigt von Anfang an nicht richtig erfasst. Kunde wird nicht ernstgenommen und der Service entspricht nie einem 5-Sterne Standard. Wir gehen schon mehr als 15-Jahre in die Türkei, das war das schlechteste Hotel überhaupt. Service Allgemein = 0 im Vergleich mit anderen 5-Sterne Hotels in Antalya wie z.B. Dephin oder Barut Zustand Hotel Anlage und Zimmer= 0 im Vergleich mit anderen 5-Sterne Hotels in Antalya wie z.B. Dephin oder Barut Unser Zimmer war die Türe kaputt (halb offen), überall Mängel. Animation = 0 im Vergleich mit anderen 5-Sterne Hotels in Antalya wie z.B. Dephin oder Barut Essen = 0 Das billigste und immer das gleiche. A la Carte= 0 Das ist man bei uns in jeder Gartenwirtschaft besser. Pool = Nicht wirklich sauber, nicht genügend freie Plätze usw.

Sehr geehrte Gaeste, Wir bedanken uns für Ihre Bewertung im vorhinein und bedauern zutiefst, das Ihr Urlaub nicht zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit verlaufen ist. Wir werden Ihre Kritikpunkte zu Herzen nehmen und werden versuchen unseren Servis zu steigern. Jedoch waere es hilfreich zu erfahren, was Sie genau waehrend Ihres Aufenthaldes gestört hat. Ein Vergleich der beiden Anlagen, die Sie erwaehnt haben, ist leider nicht hilfreich, da das Delphin sowie das Barut verschiedene Anlagen mit verschiedenen Concepten sind. Ausschlaggebend ist natürlich auch der PREİS beider Anlagen. Weder Barut noch Delphin entspricht nicht unseren Preisen. Sie sind fast das doppelte. Trotzden werden wir bemüht sein Ihren Kritikpunkten nachzugehen.
