Sehr geehrte Gaeste, Wir bedanken uns für Ihre Bewertung im vorhinein und bedauern zutiefst, das Ihr Urlaub nicht zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit verlaufen ist. Wir werden Ihre Kritikpunkte zu Herzen nehmen und werden versuchen unseren Servis zu steigern. Jedoch waere es hilfreich zu erfahren, was Sie genau waehrend Ihres Aufenthaldes gestört hat. Ein Vergleich der beiden Anlagen, die Sie erwaehnt haben, ist leider nicht hilfreich, da das Delphin sowie das Barut verschiedene Anlagen mit verschiedenen Concepten sind. Ausschlaggebend ist natürlich auch der PREİS beider Anlagen. Weder Barut noch Delphin entspricht nicht unseren Preisen. Sie sind fast das doppelte. Trotzden werden wir bemüht sein Ihren Kritikpunkten nachzugehen.
