Beautiful Executive Home close to the Ocean

Come stay with us and enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home in the heart of Sidney By The Sea. Only 2 blocks away from Waterfront and Beacon Ave where you will find numerous boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. This beautifully decorated executive home is just minutes from gorgeous views and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! We are just 30 min to downtown, and just 20 minutes from the world famous Butchart Gardens! There is so much to discover here!



The space
There are 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms. The Main floor has Master Bedroom with Ensuite. Living Room, Kitchen/Dining Area and Powder Room.

The Upper floor has 2 additional Bedrooms, Main Bathroom and Laundry.

Outside you can relax on our sunny south facing patio with natural gas BBQ and fireplace.

We are just a short distance to the Airport and BC Ferries.

You will have a keyless entry, full access to the house, outside area is private and has easy accessibility!
