You need a larger parking area, especially for oversized vehicles. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not take advantage of the bar. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. Staff was very conscious of keeping the food area clean. Personally, I do not care for bagels and would have appreciated toast being an option.

This was our 4th stay here when we come out for the Vintage Market. 1st time for my sister. We were hyping up the hotel and excited to stay until… 1st TV would not work up and down the elevator a few times before my friend got it working because the eye for the remote would not work making it positional. 2. As soon as we sat down I got an instant fraud alert on my card and this was just after I paid our hotel bill. Had to shut down my card..Not Happy! This was the only place I had used my card so very suspicious….. 3. We looked forward to sitting around the fire pit and having a glass of wine… fire pit didn’t work according to the lady at the front desk…. We probably will try a different place to stay in the spring when we come down…. They probably lost us as a customer…

Clean and quite perfect for my dogs. There’s a little veterans park across the street that I was able to walk them. Staff was great very friendly. Breakfast was good for hotel.

Horrible stay

Room 101. Right next to the mechanical room. The noise was unbearable. I asked several times to change rooms. Over the course of three days, i was told ‘I don’t know how to do it’ , ‘’well that’s the noise in all the hotel, that’s how it is here’, ‘I will call you this afternoon if we’re able to switch you rooms’, never got the call. And nobody cared. I was there for work and couldn’t sleep. Never again.
