The front desk clerk was great. There was a school bus and a lot of kids staying there and she made sure she gave me a room where it was a little more quiet. I really appreciated it and didn’t even have to ask.

The pool water was pretty cold and chlorine levels were very high. Front desk promised to get it fixed but it wasn’t fixed. The staff were not prepared for the morning rush for breakfast. When I walked in, everything except the gravy was empty- even the bread. The hotel and room were clean and tidy.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast was incredible. Like the fresh eggs and the toppings bar for waffles. The POOL is a great size but it was like a POLAR PLUNGE. We did let them know and they were not aware that the heater was not working.
