The vacation home has a large south-facing balcony with awning, approx. 88 square meters of living space and is equipped for a maximum of 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms (first floor with double bed, upper floor 1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds), a bathroom and a comfortably furnished living room with adjoining kitchenette.

WLAN, TV with satellite connection, stereo system, DVD player, telephone, dishwasher, garden grill and all necessary kitchen appliances are available.

Pets and smoking are not permitted in the house.

The host's charging station for electric vehicles can be used on request.

The house is situated in a very quiet, detached location on a 520 square meter south-facing slope in the Vorauf vacation park near Siegsdorf, Inzell and Ruhpolding and offers an ideal starting point for a variety of activities due to its location.

This vacation home features a private outdoor space with a garden, a spacious terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue.

In the vacation park there are tennis courts, a children's playground and football pitch, skating and basketball courts and in winter a cross-country ski trail as well as a ski slope with drag lift in the immediate vicinity.

In addition to numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, you have a central starting point for attractive excursions to the Chiemsee, Waginger See, Königsee, Salzburg, Berchtesgaden and other surrounding health resorts as well as short distances for skiing and cross-country skiing or for wonderful cycling and mountain hikes. (Recommendations are available for you in the house).

Craftsmen and assembly teams are not welcome, as the house is exclusively for vacation guests.

Parking space is available 50 m from the property, and a short-term parking place (a maximum of 30 minutes) is in front of the building.

Families with children are welcome. This property is intended for recreational purposes only and does not accept craftsmen or teams of construction workers.

Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.

Ski storage is available.

We had a throughly enjoyable stay at the property. Andreas was a friendly and welcoming host, he is close at hand should you need him. The cosy house is a great base to explore the surrounding area and has mostly all that you need. The balcony is a lovely place to sit and eat and listen to the cow bells in the distance.We packed so much into our time. The Palace on the island in lake Chiemsee is a must but make sure you book. Salzberg is an easy distance, there is a fantastic Ice Cave which we thoroughly enjoyed. We also hired a little boat from Chieming and used it to swim from. The mountains in the area are stunning, getting a cable car and walking to the summit of Untersbergbahn was also a highlight. A couple of things would be useful in the house. Some bags that could be taken to the supermarket, a bigger saucepan/cooking pot, a fan as the top room can get very hot in the summer. Towels are provided but I recommend you take a few extra if you plan on swimming at the lakes. We loved the toast/ breakfast station by the dining table, this is not something we do in the U.K. but is a great idea and having the light hanging over the table was great for board games. Thank you for the use of your lovely property.
