The location was perfect in terms of nearby shops, restaurants and areas of interest. Our room was spacious and well kept. Perhaps the most impressive aspect of the hotel, and there were many, was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, and the hotel grounds were simply beautiful. We arranged daily tours to the major sites around Siem Reap through the hotel and found our driver and guide extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The hotel's breakfast buffet was delicious and had several local food options along with a cook to order station. There were many dining venues around the hotel, however we chose to eat dinner at their restaurant and attended their dinner show one night which was wonderful.
