Large, rustic cottage "Casino di Lecceto", 400 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees. 8 km from the centre of Siena, 80 km from the centre of Florenz, 50 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a secluded position on top of a hill, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 80 km from the sea, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: natural state property 2 ha (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, meadow, courtyard, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 24.Apr. - 04.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 400 m long very bumpy motor access to the house (via unmade road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Siena" 8 km, sandy beach "Follonica" 80 km, thermal baths "Rapolano Terme" 37 km.
