Good hotel in lovely setting but.....

Pros: All the staff were helpful but the Restaurant Manager went out of his way to arrange for us to have simple meals (not on the menu) at dinner
Cons: The restaurant menu (which did not change during our stay) for dinner was appalling. Designed with no consideration for the guests tastes.
Location: Excellent position with great views over Siena from the extensive terrace. Lovely garden setting with a pool in the grounds.
Excellent hotel in great position with views over Siena which is only a short taxi ride away. Wi-fi is free but connection is very problamatic however there is a PC (possibly more than one) available to guests.

Brilliant Hotel

For the price we paid the Garden Hotel was amazing All the staff were very friendly and helpful View of Siena from the Terraces was great Special thanks to Luigi the manager and Roberto and Natale in the Restaurant/Bar A very enjoyable week Thank you Steve & Chris Kernick

Ideal position peaceful location

Clean and comfortable .Staff very helpful . Good position for visiting centre of Siena easy to walk . Easy access to train station .Good breakfast .

Schön gelegen- 30 min zu Fuss von der Stadt entfernt. Bedienung am Mittag war alleine und ziemlich gestresst (bei 8 Gästen) wir haben 30 min gewartet bis wir ein Getränk bestellen konnten- nochmals 20 min. bis er mir es aushändigte als ich an die Bar ging.

Wir besuchen seit Jahren dieses Hotel. Frühstück ist jedes Mal grauenvoll, vor allem wenn man Terasse nicht benutzen kann, viel zu eng, grosse Hektik, nur Abfertigung. Wir lassen Frühstück immer aus. Kanalisation: dieses Jahr leider schon wieder: unglaublicher Gestank aus der Dusche/WC... Kommt sicher von Kanalisation. Es ist kaum auszuhalten im Badezimmer.

2 Nächte in Siena

Das Hotel hat genügend Parkplätze und ist in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Bushaltestelle. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer im Nebengebäude. Pool und Wellnessanlage haben wir nicht gebraucht. Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht reichhaltig.
