External Description



Villa Porri is located among the hills above Siena, surrounded by a well-kept and illuminated garden, with fence, hedge, and terracotta pots full of flowers.

The property boasts a fenced pool (12 x 6 m, depth 100-240 m), open from 1st April to 30th October, and equipped with sun loungers and outdoor shower (with hot water). The entrance to the pool is via some Roman steps.

Next to the pool is a gazebo with dining table and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals, nestled in the tranquility of the Sienese countryside.

Among the outdoor spaces you will find a spacious panoramic terrace with dining table for 10 people, from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the Chianti area and Val d'Orcia.

At guests' disposal also a private parking (2 covered and 4 uncovered spaces).



Internal Description



Villa Porri is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a free spa. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, parquet flooring, and ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms have stainless steel taps and large showers, finished with large slabs of local travertine.

The interior furnishings are characterized by a clever mix of traditional Tuscan furniture and more contemporary trendy pieces.

2 baby cots and 1 high chair are available on request. Small pets are allowed on request at an extra cost.



Basement: In the basement of the villa, reachable via a staircase, there is a lovely spa (50 m2), always open and free for guests to use. The spa consists of: sauna, hot tub, and large shower with chromotherapy.



Ground floor: You are welcomed by a bright and large living area (70 m2), elegantly furnished with sofa, armchairs, tv, air conditioning, and dining table for 10 people. From here a door allows access to the spa. Following is a spacious kitchen, finely decorated with travertine top and floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with: stove, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Both the kitchen and the living room have French windows that allow direct access to the garden with gazebo and pool.

Also on this floor you will find the sleeping area consisting of 3 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom (with shower).



First floor: The top floor, which is accessed via a staircase, houses 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (with shower).

Then there is a service bathroom/laundry room with toilet, sink, washing machine, and dryer.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Final cleaning; utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Small pets allowed on request (80.00€ per pet); any extra services on request. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a sauna. This villa also features a garden and laundry facilities.
