Homeless people one guy had a knife and was waiting outside the exit trying to force his way in. there is only one vending machine in the whole entire hotel. That was almost empty. only one elevator. there was not an extra blanket in the hotel room.

Kindnesses goes along way

Was not s good day traveled 3 hours to be turned away because a signature was not put on paper work, so having a friendly and kind person to help with check in was a good deal!
