Unit G-24 is a beach style condo on the second floor Grand Tower with a private beach access. Take an elevator or stairs down to the ground level, step outside of the building and you are 40 steps away from the beautiful white sand beach. This beautiful beach is constantly rated as a top beach in the US. Walk or run in the morning and enjoy sunrise, relax, swim and catch some sun during the day and enjoy breathtaking sunsets in the evening.
Unit has two queen beds in the bedroom to accommodate 4 people comfortably. If needed sleeper sofa in the living room can be utilized for someone to sleep separately. Vegetation height is not allowing for a full possible view from the unit towards the beach but favorable price compensates that fact. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed to cook. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher and electric range are in the unit. There is a washer and dryer on the floor just outside of the unit in the utility room.
Palm Bay Club is a gulf to bay resort on Siesta Key Island and it has everything you will need to spend a great vacation. Resort has all of the amenities: two heated swimming pools and outdoor spa overlooking the bay. Two tennis courts are located beside the swimming pool . Bay side of the resort has a fishing dock. There are community grills located throughout the resort.
3 night minimum stay is required as per the association.

This condo needs complete updating/renovation—the shower has mold growing in it, the entryway is dirty, needs repainted, the blinds, furniture need updating, the coffee maker was gross/stained, the ice maker did not work, etc….the location was prime being right on the beach.

The location is fantastic but the condo unit is the worst we have rented. The unit is very unkept. Tears in furniture, sewer gases released several times, the fan in the bathroom sounded like it was about to launch, insects, in short very dirty. I do not like to leave bad reviews but this one should come with a warning.

This was a great condo with all the amenities we needed. Perfect for 2 people! Plenty of towels. All appliances and then some. Laundry and garbage chute literally across the hall. So many TV options we were not sure how to operate! Landlord was always readily available to answer all any questions. Only drawback (reason for 4 stars) was the condo being on the second floor was not above the neighboring condo treeline for beach view. Still it was a great place! Steps out the elevator to a great beach with furnished chairs.First time at Royal Palm Grand Tower and amazed with amount of security on golf carts. Two girls feeling very safe! One mile to main beach on north, one mile south to grocery, bars, food.

Palm Bay Club on the strip is where we stayed in the “Tower.” I liked the “right off the beach” feeling when we got out from the “Tower” right to the Beach. I LOVED that we had the access to both worlds as one side was the Beach and the other side was the Bay. BEST OF BOTH WORLDS! We used Instantcart app to get groceries and then of course in the “village” a nice Siesta Market and on the other side of the “siesta strip” was another small market. The Forgger was awesome for the rides to “the village” or other strip down. LOVED Another Broken Egg restaurant we ate brunch there almost the whole week trip. Just really nice to eat a good meal before going to the beach or whatever your adventure awaits for the day. You will have to buy more essentials like paper towels and toilet paper if you have a big group or staying a good amount of time at Siesta Key. I liked the laundry was close in the “Tower” that we stayed, the app was kind of easy and it ended being convenient of what we needed. We will stay again and also bring more friends and family in the future.

The Palm Bay club is awesome but this condo was not what was expected. Furniture is worn, sheets were old, blinds are missing slats and broken. Condo was not very clean, stain on floor. Homemade ant traps on floor?? Coffee pot was old and took 30 minutes to brew. Overall a disappointing condo.

Excellent location right on the beach! Quiet and relaxing. The property provides beach loungers and you can bring your own umbrella or rent one for the day or your stay. Our unit was on the 2nd floor and liked that there were 2 Queen Beds in the one bedroom. Furnishings were a little worn around the edges, but was comfortable and had all we needed for cooking and even a cooler for the beach,

Location!

This was the perfect location in siesta key. We were right on the beach and enjoyed walking on the shore each day. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the grounds were clean. We are coming back next year and we’ve booked a 2-bedroom place so that we can bring family and friends.

Came for a quick get away. The location was perfect. Beach is literally out the front door and the sunset beautiful! Beach is well maintained. Condo had everything we needed including towels for the beach, umbrella and cooler.
