Known for their sunsets, Siesta Key offers sunsets plus so much more. If you enjoy water sports or if you enjoy watching water sports, you will love this location. This two-bedroom two bathroom second floor condo is for you! Newly renovated unit, #22 is in pristine condition, breathtaking! Location is amazing, south end of the Key located directly on the Blind Pass, with Turtle Beach less then .4 miles away. Free Siesta Key trolley runs every 20 minutes taking you as far north as the Village with stops in-between –runs every 20minutes!
Working from home? Take a month and work from Siesta Key. While working, take a break and enjoy the views off the lanai. Blind Pass always has activity due to the calm waters to enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking and motor boating. On occasion, the local Manatee will make their way into the Pass to feed off the bottom, quite the sight to see! Wildlife surrounds the water, with local birds enjoying themselves throughout the day. Make sure you have a bird app for your phone!
Boats available to be docked right out front. Two kayaks available for tenants to use. Blind Pass is a calm waterway that meanders through the mangroves and leads you out to the Intercostal or to the Gulf of Mexico.
9200 Midnight Pass consists of only 32 units, small and quaint. Community has a heated pool, which is another great spot to enjoy the activity on the Pass.
