Okay not great

WIFI was an issue the entire trip. We had to use "hot spots" for everything. Maintenance came out 3 days but never fixed it. Communication between Gulf and Bay and Tropical Sands wasn't great which led to issues with parking pass. The home was nice and decent location. Not much of a gym. Pool was nice and property had both tennis and pickleball courts.
