This luxury 2 Bed, 2.5 Bath townhouse comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests! Complete with a beautiful kitchen and dining area, a large laundry room, and plenty of space to relax by the pool on your island vacation! Just one block from our world-famous, beautiful Siesta Beach, this home is in the best location for a relaxing get-away. Enjoy beautiful sunset views from the balconies, take a swim in the pool, or journey into the village where the amazing shops and restaurants are located!

Important things to note:
-This property is stairs only. All guests must have the ability to use stairs.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit. There is NO garage Parking.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,500. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged for damages found to the unit.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.

Perfect SK Village Location

Beautiful property with the best location in Siesta Key Village. One block to the beach and 2 blocks to restaurants/bars/shops. Loved that you can see the ocean from the two balconies. A few suggestions that would improve this rental: needs a wine opener, needs additional beach towels (property has tons of bath towels but only 2 beach towels) and it's almost time to replace the beach chairs (one was broken and a couple others are in rough shape. The management company was easy to work with. We would stay here again.
