This charming two-bedroom villa offers a cozy and inviting space for up to 5 guests and features a full kitchen and spacious living room accompanied by a cozy nook. Guests enjoy access to two heated pools, and a private beach area. Experience the beauty of Crescent Beach, known for its stunning shoreline and more peaceful atmosphere!

Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

Important things to note:
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit. No garage parking.
- No boats, motorcycles, golf carts, oversized or lifted trucks, RV’s, personal watercraft or any and all trailers are permitted to park on the premises.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.
