Just a short walk to the beach and all the Southern district community has to offer including great restaurants, clubs, bike & boat rentals, ice cream shop, drug store, market, deli, shopping and more! Hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley in front of the complex and explore the entire island including the Siesta Key Public Beach & Pavilion, Turtle Beach, and Siesta Key Village where you can wander around the shops and restaurants while listening to live music.

Relax in this comfortable 3rd floor condo just a short walk from Crescent Beach access #13. This unit is an upstairs corner unit, equipped with modern kitchen appliances, modern decor, spacious, and perfect for a party up to 5 people. You will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable in this unit, including all the kitchen essentials for those dinners indoors. There is a private lanai overlooking the pool that is completely screened in, giving you space to enjoy the outdoors without dealing with pesky mosquitoes! The condo features a King sized bed in the master bedroom, and a full size plus twin bed in the guest bedroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
